2. Refund Policy
- No Refunds Once Work Commences: Once work has commenced on any project, no refunds will be issued for services rendered.
- Marketing Budget Refunds: If a client requests a refund for marketing services, only the unused portion of the marketing budget will be refunded. The service fee for marketing management is non-refundable. input.
3. Website Development Timelines
- Standard Delivery: Trueman Intl commits to delivering Shopify and WordPress websites within 15 days from the project start date.
- Client-Induced Delays: If a client causes delays by taking additional time to approve changes or provide necessary information, the 15-day delivery guarantee will not apply. Trueman Intl will complete the work promptly once the client provides the required input.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are expected to provide all necessary information, content, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure the project timeline is met.
- Clients must communicate any changes or requests promptly to avoid delays.
5. Scope of Work
- Trueman Intl will deliver all services as agreed upon in the project scope. Any additional requests or changes outside of the initial scope may incur additional charges and extend the project timeline.
6. Payment Terms
- – Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal and invoice. Customers can pay via our company bank account, which will also serve as an invoice. Alternatively, clients can come to our office and receive a receipt for cash payments. For refunds, clients must provide either a receipt or bank transaction proof.
7. Confidentiality
- Trueman Intl will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to the final website design and content. Trueman Intl retains the right to use the project for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
9. Liability
- – Trueman Intl will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or marketing services.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
